Questions that should be answered in writing
- What exact material and specification are included in the quotation?
- Which analytical document applies to the quoted lot?
- Are there independent tests, and what is their scope?
- Who is the legal seller on the contract and invoice?
- What destination-market review is required before order acceptance?
- What happens if the product, quantity or packaging changes?
Pause on mismatches. If the product code, lot, seller or payment instruction changes, ask for a written explanation and verify through an independent known contact route.
